Ricky is a seasoned executive leading a team of producers and design program managers to unite the brand and product together to produce cohesive creative campaigns and product experiences. Since joining Cash App, Ricky has scaled the operations team to oversee all marketing and product areas.

Prior to Cash App, Ricky led design operations and creative production at Squarespace. Earlier in his career, he was an Executive Producer at R/GA, leading the Jordan Brand and Nike accounts.

Ricky is a first generation Mexican American from Los Angeles and now resides in Manhattan, New York with his wife.
